Just recently, I discovered this really spacious and comfy coffeeshop called Cafe Firenzo somewhere across the Central Bank building at downtown Quirino Street here in Davao City. Johnnypanic introduced N and me to this place one night in March as we were searching for a cozy place to get free wifi connection and good coffee and food. We all ended up staying online after loads of coffee, pizza, and a meal consisting of delicious sausages, the entire night until the shop had to close.

I realized that the place is the kind of a nesting ground where one can actually spend several hours staring at the computer screen without having to worry about anything else. The homey ambiance  this coffeeshop offers can be attributed to the interior design (the choice of colors and lighting) of the coffeeshop, matched with good customer service. All their waiters and waitresses have really light personalities that make you feel at home once you set foot in the place.

For the past months, I have been to Cafe Firenzo several times. And I must say that my favorites aside from the fast and free wifi connection are the to-die-for Tiramisu, the tea, and most of all, the Choco Mint smoothy that I had a chance to taste yesterday. It would really make you feel better after a long day of hard work.
